I met Doug in college when he was a senior and I was a freshman, and his mentorship had a lasting impact on my academic and professional path. He guided me with rigor and genuine encouragement, pushing me to think bigger while giving me the confidence to rise to the challenge. This support ultimately helped me secure a competitive internship in the Bay Area as a sophomore. Even four years later, I consider Doug a huge role model. He is an exceptional mentor who truly cares about the people around him and consistently challenges his mentees to become the best versions of themselves.
