I worked with Kelsey on interview preparation and genuinely wish I had found her earlier in the MBA application process. I was extremely nervous going into my interviews, but she helped me identify the questions I absolutely needed to nail, pressure-tested me on unexpected and off-script questions, and guided me on drafting thank-you notes to my interviewers. She helped me understand what interviewers were really looking for and coached me on telling my story in a confident and structured way. I had an excellent experience working with this Andrew. He was incredibly effective at identifying my weak points and providing actionable tactics to improve them. Beyond that, he offered Bain-specific business insights that helped me understand the natural flow of a case and anticipate where the interviewer was guiding the conversation. His deep understanding of case logistics—what interviewers are looking for and when—made it easier to structure my approach and highlight key characteristics throughout the case. I first attended one of Victoria’s free events on crafting the MBA essays, and then I purchased coaching after I had written them. It was hands down money well spent and I would not hesitate to do it again. I only applied to my one target school, so I wanted to make sure I was submitting my best work.
