I absolutely feel so lucky to meet Saleem. He is super supportive and professional in consulting recruiting. We practice resume reviews, behavioral interview, and hirevue. I successfully got into a final round and bain's highly-selective crew program. I definitely won't be able to make all this far without Saleem's help. Highly recommend!

As an MBA applicant, I highly enjoyed my coaching sessions with Matt. I definitely recommend Matt for interview preparation and essay edits. Matt is a very thoughtful coach as he goes beyond his mandates in coaching. He invested a lot of time, despite his busy consulting schedule to thoroughly edit and comment on my essays. Matt is also extremely professional. He was having slight flight and travel delays and changes, but he was always accommodating to fit our interview prep session despite our 14-hour time difference. His comments and edits were significant in my real MBA interviews and he really prepared me to succeed in my interview process!

Erik was very helpful in helping me prepare drafts for Stanford. He had documents that helped me brainstorm, listened carefully, found my strengths, and helped me work through the structure for the essays. He believed in me and gave me lots of encouragement throughout the process. He is also a genuine person who cares.

Best thing we did was hire Amelia to help with essays. She was great asking the right questions to help with write the essays. as well as revisions. Got everything back in a timely fashion. So glad we got her help.

Cryus provided a lot of extremely useful feedback for my mock interview. He spends a lot of time to organize the feedback into detailed notes for reference. I have learned a lot from the mock interview we did for HBS!

Working with Sowa was an absolute joy and privilege. Beyond being a truly exceptional essay and storytelling coach, she was a really needed support system for me through an admittedly challenging application cycle. I came to Sowa for 3 different schools + the Consortium application (In total: 2 comprehensive packages, with hourly services for quality checking 2 other nearly completed applications and essays). Admissions and Writing Coaching As an admissions and writing coach, Sowa helped me in multiple capacities, from initial brainstorming to distilling the key points of my narrative to really helping my story come to life eloquently on a page. She’s a strong storytelling coach and always encouraged me to really dig deep during more vulnerable essays, such as Stanford’s “What Matters to You, and Why?.” It wasn’t easy, but Sowa had a talent for helping me simplify really quite dense and complicated themes to get to the root of my story. For my resume, she offered tactical and strategic guidance in helping me overall shape and quantify my experiences. Her interview prep was also the real deal. I found how realistic our mock interview was to be extremely helpful come an actual interview. She recorded mine and coached me through my answer response content and actual interview presence. Additionally, I appreciated her all around coaching style. She’s approachable, candid yet constructive, and encouraging. Her simultaneous flexibility and accountability is exactly what I needed to make it to the finish line. Beyond Coaching Beyond coaching, I really appreciated Sowa’s “human-ness.” Not only is she an objectively inspiring human being, but I always knew that she genuinely cared about me and my success through the entire duration that we worked together. She was an incredible support system, especially when I almost stumbled to get to the finish line when a close family death unexpectedly occurred within the final weeks of my application. Without her push, I probably would have delayed my last application to the next cycle. But she made me feel confident in all of the work we had consistently put in together until that point, and I’ll be forever grateful for it. At the time of writing this, I’ve been accepted to one school, am interviewing with a second school (my top choice), and waiting to hear back about interview invitations from the last school. Regardless of the outcomes, I truly feel that by working with Sowa, I was able to put my best foot forward in submitting strong applications. I highly recommend hiring this amazing human!
