Gabriela is an exceptional coach. Her positive attitude is contagious, and she adeptly guides you through the challenging process of self-evaluation. She genuinely cares about you as an individual, demonstrating a deep understanding of how to structure a narrative and elevate an essay from good to memorable. I worked with Allie for a few round 2 applications with a limited timeline. Being international, I needed extra support to familiarize myself with the approach required to tackle the applications and she guided me seamlessly through the process. She was super helpful in refining my story by asking prompting questions and had a creative and unique way of framing things to make my story flow. She has a sharp attention to detail and is knowledgeable about the schools - Wharton in particular - which was valuable in getting to the final outcome.

Chip is a phenomenal coach! He is patient, very communicative and a great story teller. From the beginning, he invested time working through brainstorming activities with me to understand my strengths and define my story. It is obvious Chip is experienced and knows what schools are looking for. He gave great direction to improve my essays and truly cared about the final output. Joseph gave the best and most detailed feedback of any Leland coach I’ve worked with (which is quite a few). His help was a game-changer and made me more proud of the Haas essays I submitted. Also he was very flexible about the way I prefer working and type of feedback I was looking for. He’s also very kind. Would give him a hundred stars if I could. You won’t go wrong working with him!

I started working with Allie 1.5 months before the round 2 MBA application deadlines. I was incredibly happy with what we accomplished in a short time frame.
