I booked Asha at the last minute and on the weekend, and she still made time to meet with me. I can tell that she genuinely cares about the growth and results of her candidates, and it's reassuring to know that she strives to give her absolute best when working with candidates.

Steven is 1 of 1, and it shows in his coaching. He's contrarian, and has hard won lessons for any and every situation. Our sessions helped me across the board, and more than anything: Steven taught me 'how' to think. Going into Leland, I thought I was pretty non-traditional and wouldn't find a coach that would really fit me, but Steven proved me wrong 100x over. Give him a shot — you will not regret it!

Pravesh is an amazing coach for the med school application cycle. From the very beginning he was always committed to understanding my goals and guiding me towards achieving them. He started by having a simple conversations to learn about me as a person and as an applicant. Once he had gotten to know me a bit, we began exploring potential themes for my personal statement, as well as crafting a strategic school list. Throughout the process of planning, writing, and editing he was very communicative and motivating. I found Pravesh’s help to be most impactful with interview preparation! He has tons of knowledge on various interview formats and what each school desires in an applicant. I attribute much of my success during the interviews to Pravesh’s guidance. Thanks to my hard work and Pravesh’s support, I was able to have a very successful cycle and surpass my expectations!

Prabha was instrumental in helping me succeed in the Meta RPM interviews -- Prabha gives highly specific, actionable feedback with written notes (in addition to transcribing the full conversation in a shared doc) mapped to each element of our practice interviews, which was really impactful. Prabha is also super knowledgeable about the criteria for PM interviews, especially with Meta. Prabha is also such a warm and positive coach to work with!

Marie was so helpful in increasing my GMAT score. She really took the time to get me back to the basics on quant and made me feel more confident by my test date. She kept me super accountable and was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend Marie to anyone struggling with increasing their quant score!

I only did a ding analysis. Karla illuminated for me a compelling core narrative I had been overlooking in my essays & candidacy and helped me refocus on priorities for next cycle.

Initially, I connected with Vanessa to improve my consulting case interview skills. We did a couple of cases, and all of her feedbacks are actionable and broken down into individual sections, which makes it easy to understand. She is also very understanding and gives tips in areas of improvement. I would work with Vanessa again for consulting case interviews when the opportunity comes up again. I also worked with Vanessa on my deferred MBA application, from brainstorming essay topics to resume review. To draft my essays, she provided helpful resources for self-reflection that aligns my background and interests to my future goals. We would also go through essay edits to make the story more concise. She would also point out any areas that may cause confusion and suggest a way to clarify any ambiguous parts. For my resume, she provided another perspective on how I could polish it and highlight the impact of my experience. Additionally, when times to get rough when going through GMAT prep, she understands how hard it is and encourages me to try again. It is comforting to know that someone who went through the same application process faced the same roadblocks and ultimately is able to overcome it. As a result, I did ended up receiving interview invites from M7 schools, and I believe that Vanessa played a major part in it.

I worked with Tim to prep my interview for a M7 MBA program. He teaches you exactly what to expect during interview day. To achieve this. Tim will carefully analyze your response and provide immediate and actionable feedback. By the time the interview day rolls around, I feel calm and comfortable.
