Full-service application support for juniors and seniors applying to a balanced school list of up to 8 schools. This is the most popular package for families building a strategic mix of reaches, targets, and likelies, and who want full essay and strategic support across the entire list, with real options at decision time. We begin with a comprehensive intake and narrative discovery session, where I work with your student to surface the stories, themes, and angles that will anchor every application. From there, we build the school list strategically: a balanced mix of reaches, targets, and likelies that reflects your student's profile honestly, paired with an ED/EA/RD timing strategy that maximizes the odds across the list rather than betting everything on one school. The bulk of the engagement is full-service application work across all 8 schools. The Personal Statement gets the depth of attention it deserves: topic exploration, brainstorming, drafting, and unlimited revisions until the essay is genuinely strong (typically 5–8 substantive drafts). For each of your 8 schools, I provide complete supplemental essay support, every prompt, every draft, every revision, typically running 20–30 supplements depending on which schools are on the list. Alongside the essays, we handle the Common Application end-to-end: activities list, Additional Information, resume crafting, and recommendation letter strategy (who to ask, when, and how to brief them so the letters work in concert with the rest of the application). Before each application is submitted, I do a final review to catch anything that needs polish. If interviews are part of any school's process, interview prep is included. If your student is deferred or waitlisted at any school, I provide strategy support through those decisions as well. Throughout the engagement, your student has direct messaging access for time-sensitive questions, and we meet live for strategy work and substantive drafting sessions throughout the cycle — with session frequency stepping up significantly during peak season (August through November) as deadlines approach.

This package combines live 1-on-1 video sessions with asynchronous review of essay drafts, application materials, and direct messaging access throughout the engagement. We meet live for strategy work, substantive drafting sessions, and key inflection points in the cycle, typically every 1–2 weeks during the lead-up to applications, stepping up to weekly or more frequent sessions during peak season as deadlines approach. My approach is structured and direct. On essays, I work iteratively rather than trying to "fix" drafts in two passes, most students go through 5–8 substantive drafts on the Personal Statement and multiple rounds on each supplement before the work is genuinely strong. I'm honest in feedback, but I'm also a real partner through every round across all 8 schools. The students I work best with in this package are juniors and seniors who want comprehensive support across a normal-sized college list, are coachable and motivated, and want to make sure every application is as strong as it can be, not just the top one or two on the list. The pacing of the work assumes a real engagement: regular check-ins, real revision cycles, and clear communication throughout.
Engagement timeline: This package is designed to be completed across approximately 5–7 months, ideally beginning late spring or early summer of junior year for fall-of-senior-year applications. Earlier starts produce stronger essays and a more strategic school list. Later starts can be accommodated, with adjusted timeline expectations. School list scope: This package covers up to 8 schools. Adding a 9th school is not standard within this package, clients who want broader coverage should consider the All-Inclusive Partnership, which has no school count limit. Application platform scope: Common Application is fully covered. Coalition App, ApplyTexas, and UC Application are not covered under the standard scope of this package and may require add-on work or a package upgrade. (Note: UC schools count toward the 8-school limit if covered, but the additional Personal Insight Question work requires scope adjustment.) Live sessions: 1-on-1 video sessions are scheduled at mutually convenient times via my calendar, typically 45–60 minutes each. During peak season (August–November), session frequency increases to weekly or more frequent as deadlines approach. Cancellations require 24 hours notice; no-shows or late cancellations count toward the engagement. Response time: I respond to messages within 24 hours on weekdays and within 48 hours on weekends. During peak season, most responses are same-day. Essay revisions: Personal Statement and supplemental essay revisions are unlimited until each essay is final. There is no cap on draft rounds - my commitment is to keep working until each essay is genuinely strong, across all 8 schools. Final review: A final review of the complete application is included for each of the 8 schools before submission. Pricing: Final pricing within the $11,000–$15,000 range is determined at intake based on the specific school list, supplement volume, and engagement timeline. Confirmed pricing is set before any work begins. Refunds: Refunds are available on a pro-rated basis for unused hours within the first 30 days of engagement. After 30 days, this package is non-refundable. Unused hours remain available throughout the application cycle.

College Admissions Expert | Columbia MBA | 16+ Yrs of Ivy & Top 25 Admits
I've spent the last 16+ years helping ambitious students get into the country's most competitive colleges, including Harvard, Stanford, Yale, Columbia, MIT, UChicago, NYU, and UCLA. Across 300+ college applicants, 95% have been admitted to at least one of their top-choice schools, and over 75% have placed at Top 25 universities. I work best with students who are coachable, motivated, and ready to put in real work - students who arrive with strong but scattered material and need help putting it all together. That's where I add the most value: helping students find a clear narrative across their application, build a school list that's strategic (not aspirational), and write essays that actually sound like them. The goal is applications that feel inevitable instead of cobbled together. I work with students from freshman through junior year, with tailored support depending on where they are in the process: early profile-building and direction in 9th and 10th grade, strategic execution in 11th, and full application support heading into senior year. The earlier we start, the more leverage we have. I graduated from NYU and earned my MBA from Columbia Business School in 2020, which gives me a current, first-hand perspective on what selective US adcoms are actually looking for. My career started in test prep and admissions consulting in Singapore, where I helped expand the company I worked for into Shanghai before returning to New York to found my own practice. I work with both US-based students and international applicants navigating the US system for the first time, particularly the kinds of students who often have the strongest stories but the hardest time articulating them. If you want a structured, strategic partner for your college process, let's talk.
