Package Description:

The most comprehensive package I offer: built for families who want the highest level of personal partnership available, with no caps on school count or scope. Available in two engagement structures depending on when your student is starting. For families starting in 9th or 10th grade ($25,995): The complete partnership, from profile-building in 9th and 10th grade through final college acceptance in senior year. One coach, one continuous relationship, every step of the way. For juniors and seniors with broad school lists ($20,995): Senior-year-focused execution with no school count limit. Designed for students applying to large or specialized lists, typically 10–20+ schools, including BS/MD programs, business honors programs, scholarship applications, or any combination that exceeds the 8-school cap of Comprehensive Application Support. Whichever structure fits your family, the work itself spans the full arc of what each year actually requires. In 9th and 10th grade (multi-year engagement only), we focus on the foundation: course selection and academic rigor, extracurricular strategy that prioritizes depth over breadth, summer programming guidance (research, internships, passion projects), and a standardized testing roadmap. We meet monthly for live 1-on-1 sessions, with quarterly progress reviews for parents and direct messaging access throughout. The work is developmental and intentional, not a checklist to impress admissions officers, but a real partnership designed to help your student build a profile that reflects who they're becoming. In 11th grade, the work shifts toward strategy. We do narrative discovery and positioning work, build a balanced school list (reaches, targets, and likelies), make ED/REA/EA decisions, plan recommendation letter strategy, and lay the groundwork for senior-year execution. Sessions step up in frequency as we approach the application cycle. In 12th grade, we execute. The Personal Statement gets the depth of attention it deserves, typically 5–8 substantive drafts of iterative work. Every school on your student's list, with no cap on count, gets full supplemental essay support: every prompt, every draft, every revision. The Common Application is handled end-to-end, including activities list, Additional Information, resume, and recommendation letter coordination. Coalition App, ApplyTexas, and UC Application work is included without scope adjustment, this is the only package where additional application platforms are covered without scope conversation. Interview prep is included for every school that interviews. Waitlist and deferral strategy is included for every relevant decision. Before each submission, a final review catches anything that needs polish. Throughout the engagement, your student has direct, high-priority messaging access. During peak senior-year season (August through November), most responses are same-day or next-day. Live sessions step up in frequency as deadlines approach. Parents stay informed through quarterly written reviews in the early years and direct check-ins throughout the senior-year cycle. What this package is really selling is no compromises. No cap on schools. No squeezing a 12-school list into an 8-school package. No surprise charges for additional supplements. No piecemeal coaching, no handoffs, no anxiety about which schools are "covered." For multi-year engagements, it's also continuity: one coach who knows your student deeply, start to finish, with no restart between Foundation work and application work. This is how I work with families who say: "We want one person who knows our kid, start to finish, and we want to know everything is handled."

Coaching delivered via live sessions and .

This is the longest-arc and highest-touch package I offer, and the work is structured to feel like a true ongoing partnership rather than a transactional series of meetings. The cadence shifts deliberately across the engagement. For multi-year engagements, we meet monthly for live 1-on-1 video sessions in 9th and 10th grade, stepping up through 11th grade as we move into strategy work, and intensifying further in 12th grade through the application cycle. For senior-year engagements, we begin with intensive narrative and strategy work and quickly move into full essay execution, with weekly or more frequent sessions during peak season as deadlines approach. Between sessions, your student has direct messaging access for time-sensitive questions throughout the entire engagement. During the senior-year application cycle, that access is high-priority, most responses are same-day or next-day during peak season. My approach across all the work is honest and developmental. In the early years, I'm not in the business of telling 9th graders to "do more activities." I'm interested in what your student actually cares about, where their real strengths are, and how to build a profile that reflects who they're becoming. By junior and senior year, that early work pays off in essays that feel inevitable rather than cobbled together, applications that have a real through-line because the through-line was built years before. For senior-year-only engagements, we compress that narrative discovery into the front end of the work and execute against it with the same depth. Parents stay informed throughout, quarterly written progress reviews in the early years, more frequent direct check-ins as we move into the application cycle, and ongoing communication during senior-year decisions. My goal is for your family to feel like every decision is being made with a clear long-term strategy, in partnership with someone who knows your student deeply. The families I work best with in this package are families who want the highest level of personal partnership available, and who value continuity, structure, and a single coach who knows their student start to finish.

College Admissions Expert | Columbia MBA | 16+ Yrs of Ivy & Top 25 Admits

I've spent the last 16+ years helping ambitious students get into the country's most competitive colleges, including Harvard, Stanford, Yale, Columbia, MIT, UChicago, NYU, and UCLA. Across 300+ college applicants, 95% have been admitted to at least one of their top-choice schools, and over 75% have placed at Top 25 universities. I work best with students who are coachable, motivated, and ready to put in real work - students who arrive with strong but scattered material and need help putting it all together. That's where I add the most value: helping students find a clear narrative across their application, build a school list that's strategic (not aspirational), and write essays that actually sound like them. The goal is applications that feel inevitable instead of cobbled together. I work with students from freshman through junior year, with tailored support depending on where they are in the process: early profile-building and direction in 9th and 10th grade, strategic execution in 11th, and full application support heading into senior year. The earlier we start, the more leverage we have. I graduated from NYU and earned my MBA from Columbia Business School in 2020, which gives me a current, first-hand perspective on what selective US adcoms are actually looking for. My career started in test prep and admissions consulting in Singapore, where I helped expand the company I worked for into Shanghai before returning to New York to found my own practice. I work with both US-based students and international applicants navigating the US system for the first time, particularly the kinds of students who often have the strongest stories but the hardest time articulating them. If you want a structured, strategic partner for your college process, let's talk.
