One-on-One Coaching Package This one-on-one coaching package is designed for women who are capable, thoughtful, and often carrying a lot — yet feel quietly depleted, uncertain, or disconnected from what they truly need. Our work together creates space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a grounded, supportive way. Rather than focusing on fixing or pushing for quick change, this coaching supports deeper self-awareness, emotional steadiness, and clearer, self-led decision-making. Clients often come to this work during moments of transition — caregiving, personal or professional shifts, burnout, or simply a sense that life feels heavier than it should. Through thoughtful conversation and guided reflection, we explore what’s beneath the exhaustion, clarify what truly matters, and gently reorient how you relate to your energy, boundaries, and choices. This is not prescriptive or performance-driven coaching. It’s a steady, compassionate partnership that helps you listen more closely to your inner signals, set healthier boundaries, and move forward with greater confidence and alignment. Clients typically leave sessions feeling more emotionally grounded, clearer about their priorities, and better able to make decisions that support their well-being — personally and professionally. How we’ll work together One-on-one coaching sessions, typically 60 minutes each Sessions are conversational, reflective, and paced to meet you where you are Between sessions, you may be invited to notice patterns, reflect, or experiment with small, supportive shifts — nothing overwhelming or prescriptive This work is primarily synchronous (live sessions), focused on depth rather than constant check-ins Supportive tools (used as needed): Depending on what’s helpful for you, I may share simple reflection prompts, journaling exercises, or grounding practices to support our conversations between sessions. These are always optional and designed to deepen awareness — not add to your to-do list. This package is well-suited for women who value reflection, emotional insight, and sustainable change — and who want support that fits into their lives without adding pressure.

My coaching is relational, reflective, and grounded in deep listening. Sessions are spacious and thoughtful, allowing room for what’s present rather than rushing toward solutions. We focus on increasing self-awareness, emotional steadiness, and clarity in decision-making. I don’t follow a rigid framework or prescribe steps. Instead, I meet clients where they are and support insight-led shifts that feel realistic and sustainable. Sessions are live and conversational. Between sessions, I may share simple reflection prompts, worksheets, or gentle awareness practices if they feel supportive. This work prioritizes depth, trust, and long-term self-leadership rather than quick fixes or performance pressure.
Coaching sessions are scheduled in advance and conducted live. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is appreciated for rescheduling whenever possible. This coaching is a collaborative, reflective process. Progress depends on each client’s willingness to engage honestly with the work between sessions, at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable. This service is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment, and does not replace professional mental health or medical care.
