This 6-session, one-on-one coaching journey is designed for women who are capable, thoughtful, and carrying significant responsibility — yet feel depleted, uncertain, or out of rhythm with themselves. Over six sessions, we work together to rebuild clarity, steadiness, and self-trust during periods of burnout, caregiving, leadership pressure, life transitions, or personal recalibration. This work centers on self-leadership — learning to recognize patterns, respond more intentionally, and make decisions that reflect your values, energy, and real-life capacity. What we focus on: • Understanding the patterns shaping how you currently lead yourself (over-responsibility, over-functioning, hesitation, exhaustion, or self-doubt) • Rebuilding steadiness so decisions feel less heavy and more grounded • Clarifying priorities and boundaries so energy is used with intention • Strengthening the ability to pause, reflect, and choose rather than react • Creating a sustainable rhythm that continues beyond our work together How we’ll work together: • Six 60-minute one-on-one coaching sessions • Reflective, conversational sessions tailored to your lived experience • Gentle focus points between sessions — designed for awareness, not pressure Optional support tools may include: • Reflection prompts • Journaling exercises • Grounding and clarity practices • Awareness worksheets Clients often leave this work with: • Greater emotional steadiness • Clearer priorities and stronger boundaries • More confidence in self-led decisions • A stronger sense of inner authority and direction This journey is well-suited for women who value depth, reflection, and meaningful change — and want support that fits into real life.

This coaching is delivered through weekly, live, one-on-one sessions over six weeks. Our work is conversational, reflective, and practical — focused on helping you understand what’s shaping your current experience and how to lead yourself with greater clarity, steadiness, and confidence. Sessions are not scripted or prescriptive; they are guided by what’s most alive and relevant for you each week. Together, we explore patterns in how you make decisions, manage energy, respond to pressure, and set boundaries. Each session creates space to pause, reflect, and identify one or two meaningful focus points you can carry into daily life. Between sessions, you may be invited to notice patterns, reflect, or experiment with small shifts. These invitations are light, optional, and designed to support awareness — not add to your to-do list. This work is ideal for clients who value depth, emotional insight, and sustainable change, and who want support that fits into real life without pushing or pressure.
Coaching sessions are scheduled in advance and conducted live. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is appreciated for rescheduling whenever possible. This coaching is a collaborative, reflective process. Progress depends on each client’s willingness to engage honestly with the work between sessions, at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable. This service is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment, and does not replace professional mental health or medical care.
