Package Description:
Three 60-minute sessions delivered over 4–6 weeks. Session 1: Diagnosis (60 min) We identify where your communication is breaking down. A board presentation that fell flat. A difficult email thread you cannot resolve. A team that feels "off" but no one can say why. You leave with clarity on the real problem, not just the surface symptoms. Session 2: Strategy (60 min) We build a tailored communication plan for your specific context. We rehearse the conversations that matter before you have them. You leave with a concrete framework you can use immediately, not generic tips. Session 3: Application (60 min) We apply the framework to a real situation you are facing. You practice. You get direct feedback. You leave with a revised approach and the confidence to use it. Between sessions: One brief exercise or reflection prompt per week (15–20 minutes). No homework for the sake of homework. Only what moves you forward. This package is for you if you already perform at a high level, but something important is getting lost in translation.

Direct. Practical. No fluff. I do not give you generic tips you could have Googled. I do not tell you what you want to hear. What I do: I listen to how you actually communicate. I identify what is getting lost in translation. I give you direct feedback: not to make you feel good, to make you better. Most of my clients come to me when they are stuck: a presentation that fell flat, a team that feels "off," a difficult conversation they keep avoiding. I help them see what they are missing and give them practical tools to fix it.
Payment: Upfront before the first session. Cancellation / Rescheduling: 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will not be rescheduled or refunded. Between-session work: Brief exercises or reflection prompts are required before each session. If you do not complete them, the session will still proceed, but you will get less value. Email support: Quick check-in email between sessions. I respond within 48 hours, excluding weekends. Refunds: No refunds after the first session. If you are unsure whether this package is right for you, book a single session first. Sessions expire: All three sessions must be completed within 8 weeks of the first booking. Unused sessions after 8 weeks are forfeited.
