This package is designed to transform how you present yourself in interviews. It moves beyond generic preparation to help you communicate your specific value and demonstrate the judgment that hiring managers for international roles are truly looking for. Over four structured sessions, we will build a collection of powerful, memorable stories and prepare you to adapt them effectively across different markets and interview formats. The goal is not to create a script, but to give you a system to consistently deliver answers that are confident, credible, and unforgettable. Session 1: audit of your current interview performance and story inventory Session 2: build your core narrative and story system Session 3: adapt for markets/formats (panel, case, cross-cultural) Session 4: full mock interview + negotiation groundwork.

What You Get: - Four 60-minute, 1-on-1 coaching sessions via Leland video call. - Direct, actionable feedback on your specific answers, not generic interview tips. - The Story Builder worksheet: a template for constructing new stories long after our work ends. - Your Interview Strategy Document after our final session: your core narrative, story bank, and market-adaptation notes in one place. - Leland messaging support between sessions for quick questions (responses within 48 hours, excluding weekends). How I work: My style is direct but warm, structured but flexible. I'll tell you honestly when an answer sounds generic, confusing, or forgettable and show you exactly how to fix it. I'm very comfortable working with non-native English speakers and candidates from high-context or hierarchical cultures: I help you translate your background for international hiring managers, not erase it. I'm not trying to turn you into a scripted "perfect candidate": my goal is that you sound like the most confident, thoughtful version of yourself under real interview pressure. Clients often describe our work as "like talking to a very honest friend who also happens to think like a hiring manager."
Payment: upfront before the first session. Scheduling: 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows will not be rescheduled or refunded. Engagement window: all four sessions must be completed within 10 weeks of the first booking. Unused sessions after 10 weeks are forfeited. Interview Strategy Document: delivered via Leland messaging within one week of the final session. Messaging support: quick questions between sessions (e.g. clarifying a framework, a short answer outline); responses within 48 hours, excluding weekends. Full answer reviews and long scripts are folded into live sessions. Between sessions: story-drafting exercises using the Story Builder worksheet. The strength of your final story bank depends on the work you put in. Refunds: no refunds after the first session. Preparing for one specific interview on a short timeline? The Global Interview Storytelling Sprint may be the better fit. Upgrade path: if you continue into The Cross-Border Career Transition within 30 days of your final session, $300 of this package's cost is credited.
