About Caolan
I help professionals and teams navigate cross-cultural workplaces and international careers. I have coached executives at Netflix Korea, Woven by Toyota, and Banco Santander. Before that, I was Global Head of Content at On, where I built and scaled the brand team across three continents and led narrative through a $10B IPO. My clients come to me when they are stuck between different cultural expectations at work, in a move, or in a global team. I give them practical frameworks to communicate clearly, build trust, and make decisions with confidence.
Why do I coach?
I have spent my career moving between countries, teams, and industries. I know what it feels like to be the most experienced person in the room but the least understood. I know what it feels like to say the right thing and have it land wrong. Most of my clients already perform at a high level. What brings them to me is that same sense that something important is getting lost in translation, culturally more than linguistically. I coach because I have been stuck too. And I know that the way out is usually good conversation with someone who has been there. Coaching is not about fixing people. It is about making the cultural logic under your situation visible, rehearsing the conversations that matter before you have them, and adjusting how you communicate so that what you mean is what others hear.
