With a career spanning from influential advertising agencies in London, New York, and Berlin, to spearheading growth during an IPO, I've consistently thrived in complex, multicultural environments. At On, I grew the team from 7 to 30+ people across three continents, an experience that underscored the critical role of cultural intelligence in international success. This expertise led me to found Hunter Global, a cross-cultural communication consultancy dedicated to helping individuals and corporations navigate diverse cultural contexts, whether it’s supporting international expansion for a Korean fruit juice brand or fostering innovation at projects like Woven by Toyota. I am committed to understanding and developing individual potential, creating comfortable and supportive environments where people can truly excel. I bring a blend of strategic acumen, cross-cultural leadership, and a proven track record of driving innovation to each and every session. Why do I coach?

For me, coaching isn't just a profession; it's a deeply personal mission rooted in the belief that everyone holds immense, often untapped, potential. My journey, transitioning from diverse global roles in advertising and sportswear to founding Hunter Global and now advising aspiring leaders, has shown me time and again the profound impact that focused guidance and a supportive external perspective can have. I've been fortunate to work in environments that demanded constant adaptation and innovation. From navigating the complexities of centralizing global content production at American Express to building high-performing teams across continents for rapidly scaling sportswear brands, I’ve faced my fair share of "unprecedented" challenges. There were times when the path wasn't clear, when cultural friction seemed insurmountable, or when I questioned the very next step. It was during these moments that the insights gained from mentors, whether formal or informal, proved invaluable, helping me to reframe problems, build confidence, and ultimately, to make impactful decisions. This firsthand experience of navigating difficult terrains taught me the power of strategic thinking, clear communication, and, crucially, the courage to lean into uncertainty. I've seen how much more effective we can be when we have someone in our corner, helping to sharpen our focus and articulate our unique value. I coach because I genuinely love witnessing that spark of clarity in someone's eyes, that moment when a challenge transforms into an opportunity.
