Phase 1: Decide (Sessions 1–3) We map your situation, what you've tried, what's blocking you, what you actually want. We build a decision framework for your specific crossroads and stress-test each pathway (direct move, degree route, remote-first entry). You leave Phase 1 with a written Move Strategy Memo: your chosen direction, why, and the 90-day plan. Phase 2: Position (Sessions 4–6) We rebuild your CV and LinkedIn for the target market, not translated, repositioned. We design your networking approach: who to reach, how to open, how to convert conversations into referrals in a market where you have no existing network. Phase 3: Perform (Sessions 7–9) Interview preparation for cross-cultural contexts: your core narrative, 3–5 adaptable stories, a full mock interview with detailed feedback on content, delivery, and cultural nuance. Phase 4: Land (Session 10) Offer evaluation and negotiation, compensation, relocation terms, visa considerations, plus a first-90-days plan so the move compounds your career instead of interrupting it. Between sessions: async review of CVs, applications, and outreach messages (48h response, weekdays); one short exercise per week, only what moves you forward.
