See the International Interview Accelerator.) - 3 × 60‑minute 1:1 coaching sessions (online) - Intake & analysis of your background and target roles/schools - A refined “Tell me about yourself” that positions your global advantage - A full mock interview with detailed feedback (content + delivery + cross‑cultural nuance) - Structured homework & feedback between sessions - Between‑session support for short questions and quick checks Sessions are typically scheduled within a 1–3 week window, aligned to your interview date.

Coaching delivered via live sessions. Three 60-minute 1-on-1 sessions (online), scheduled within a 1–3 week window aligned to your interview date, with structured homework between sessions and Leland messaging support for quick questions (responses within 48 hours, excluding weekends). My style is direct but warm, structured but flexible: - I’ll tell you honestly when something sounds generic, confusing, or forgettable, but I’ll also show you exactly how to fix it. - I’m very comfortable working with non‑native English speakers and candidates from high‑context or hierarchical cultures. I understand why certain answers feel “natural” in your culture but don’t land in Western interviews, and I help you translate rather than erase that part of you. - I am not trying to turn you into a scripted, robotic “perfect candidate.” My goal is that you sound like the most confident, thoughtful version of yourself in a realistic conversation. Clients often describe our work as “like talking to a very honest friend who also happens to think like an admissions officer / hiring manager.”
Payment: upfront before the first session. Scheduling: 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows will not be rescheduled or refunded. Engagement window: all three sessions must be completed within 6 weeks of the first booking. Unused sessions after 6 weeks are forfeited. The primary place for communication outside of sessions is Leland’s messaging system. You are welcome to: - Ask short clarification questions about frameworks or homework - Share 1–2 brief answers or bullet‑point outlines for quick guidance For more in‑depth review (e.g. multiple full answers, long scripts), we’ll usually fold that into a live session so you get higher‑quality feedback and we use time efficiently. Responses within 48 hours, excluding weekends. Refunds: no refunds after the first session. Upgrade path: if your search continues beyond this interview, $150 of this package's cost is credited against the International Interview Accelerator or The Cross-Border Career Transition within 30 days.
