The jump to Senior or Staff PM isn't about working harder; it’s about shifting your influence. Based on my experience reaching the M1 levels at Meta, I help you master the "unwritten rules" of senior leadership. In these sessions, we focus on: - Influencing without authority: How to get VPs and cross-functional leads bought into your vision. - Capacity building: Learning to hire, onboard, and grow a team of specialists. - Systems thinking: Moving from single-feature ownership to platform-wide impact. - Executive Presence: How to command a room and present with authority in high-stakes reviews.
12-18 Month "Impact Roadmap"
"VP-Ready" Product POV
Self-Review Draft
"Influence Map" for Stakeholders
Coaching delivered via live sessions.
I describe my style as "The Strategic Mirror." I help you see the gaps in your leadership that you are too close to notice, and I provide the "direct, to-the-point language" (as cited in my Meta reviews) to close them. Evidence-Based & Calibrated: I don't guess what "good" looks like. Having conducted 200+ Meta interviews and led "Demystifying PSC" sessions for the PM org, I coach against the actual rubrics used in calibration rooms. The "Calm Authority" Approach: I specialize in helping PMs manage the "internal noise" of high-pressure environments. My goal is to move you from a state of "firefighting" to a state of calm, senior leadership. High-Impact Narrative: My reviews consistently highlight my ability to "translate deep tech into product value." I coach you to do the same turning your technical milestones into a compelling story that VPs and Directors can't ignore. My Process: The 4-Step Operational Upgrade Whether we are working on a promotion, a turnaround, or an interview, I follow a proven 4-step framework derived from my time managing teams of 100+ engineers. Step 1: The Diagnostic (Audit) We start by auditing your current "signal." If you’re a job seeker, we audit your resume and pitch. If you’re an internal PM, we audit your recent feedback and roadmap. Outcome: A clear understanding of where you are "meeting expectations" and where you are "falling short of the bar." Step 2: The Impact Roadmap Drawing from my success in "refreshing and broadening 12-18 month roadmaps" at Meta, we build your personal strategy. Outcome: We identify the 3–5 high-visibility workstreams that will prove your "Staff-level" impact and align your efforts with your organization’s top priorities. Step 3: The Narrative Polish This is where we refine your voice. We work on your "Product POV," ensuring you can present complex ideas with conviction. Outcome: You’ll leave with a "Meta-level" self-review draft or an interview framework that uses "impact language" instead of just listing tasks. Step 4: The Calibration Simulation Before your "real" high-stakes moment (an interview or a performance review), we simulate it. I provide the "mock calibration" experience I’ve provided for dozens of PMs and engineers at Meta. Outcome: Real-time feedback on your presence, your answers, and your "unwritten" signals, ensuring you are 100% ready for the room. What it’s like to work with me I am your "Connection Ambassador." I provide a safe space to be honest about the challenges of Big Tech, while maintaining the high-bar standards of an IC6/M1 leader. You can expect: Direct Feedback: I won't waste your time; I’ll tell you exactly what the "calibration signal" would be. Sustainable Strategy: We don't just solve for the promotion; we solve for the burnout, ensuring your career growth is sustainable. Frameworks over Fluff: You’ll get stakeholder maps, visibility plans, and communication templates—not just "vague motivation." "I help you find the narrative in your work so your impact becomes undeniable."

Former Meta Product Leader Helping PMs Navigate Ambiguity and Advance
I’m a senior Product Leader with ~20 years of experience building and leading products at scale—from early consumer platforms to complex, ambiguous, multi-surface systems. Most recently, I was a Senior Product Manager at Meta, where I worked across Mixed Reality, Spatial Systems, and ecosystem-level products that required tight alignment across engineering, design, research, and leadership. What I’m best at, and what I coach PMs on, is clarity under ambiguity. I help PMs sharpen their product thinking, decision-making, and narrative so they can operate confidently in high-stakes environments: interviews, promotions, resets after burnout, or stepping into more senior scope. I’ve interviewed and evaluated 200+ PM candidates, partnered closely with hiring managers and directors, and have seen first-hand what differentiates “good” PMs from those who consistently advance. I don’t coach from theory, I coach from real hiring signals, real performance expectations, and real tradeoffs. My coaching style is direct, structured, and practical. Together we work on: • Product sense and strategy (especially ambiguous or zero-to-one problems) • Clear, compelling storytelling (Tell Me About Yourself, product narratives, leadership examples) • Interview preparation grounded in how decisions are actually made • Confidence, presence, and judgment at the senior and director level • Re-anchoring PMs who feel stuck, burned out, or unsure of their next move Clients often come to me when they’re already strong, but want to be crisper, calmer, and more intentional in how they show up. My goal isn’t just to help you “pass interviews,” but to help you become the kind of PM who can walk into any room, frame the problem cleanly, and earn trust. If you’re looking for thoughtful, no-BS coaching grounded in real product leadership experience, I’d be happy to work with you.
