This comprehensive 6-month executive coaching engagement is built for senior leaders, founders, and executives who want to scale their leadership, unlock growth, and lead with greater clarity, confidence, and impact. You’ll partner with your coach in biweekly 1:1 sessions (or a cadence that fits your schedule), supported by asynchronous guidance, goal tracking, and tailored tools. The experience evolves over time to meet your unique context—whether you're leading through scale, navigating complex transitions, or preparing for your next chapter. The engagement also includes a 360-degree leadership analysis, where your coach gathers structured feedback from peers, direct reports, and other stakeholders. This provides a holistic view of your leadership strengths, blind spots, and areas for growth—creating a strong foundation for the work ahead. What you’ll work on: - 360 Feedback Review & Goal Setting: Translate insights into a focused leadership development plan. - Vision & Strategic Thinking: Set direction and align teams around mission-critical goals. - Leadership Style & Self-Awareness: Deepen self-knowledge and adapt your style for maximum influence. - Decision-Making in Ambiguity: Gain tools to lead decisively through complexity and change. - Executive Presence & Influence: Strengthen communication and earn trust with senior stakeholders and boards. - Team Building & Culture: Lead high-performing teams and shape the culture you want to scale. - Stakeholder Management: Navigate dynamics across direct reports, peers, boards, and cross-functional partners. - Burnout & Sustainability: Build systems to lead with energy and balance over the long term. - Career Strategy & Long-Term Growth: Clarify your next step, whether expanding your role, transitioning industries, or building a legacy. Executive Coach for Data Minds becoming People Leaders
I’ve spent my career at the intersection of data, leadership, and human potential — helping people and organizations see what’s possible when clarity meets courage. As Vice President of Analytics at UnitedHealth Group, I lead a global Reporting, Analytics & Data (RAD) team that serves as a strategic brain for Procurement, Real Estate, ESG, M&A, and Treasury. It’s a role that requires not just technical precision, but an ability to coach, align, and elevate leaders across disciplines — and that’s exactly where I thrive. My approach to executive coaching was shaped by Stanford’s Interpersonal Dynamics (“Touchy Feely”), Adaptive Leadership, and The Advisory Board’s Fellowship model. These experiences taught me that growth isn’t about adding more complexity — it’s about simplifying what matters, building trust, and creating space for people to lead boldly. I work with leaders who want to: 1. Turn feedback into fuel, not fear. 2. Lead teams that are both high-performing and human. 3. Translate strategy and analytics into stories people actually care about. 4. Navigate conflict with curiosity instead of defensiveness. 5. Scale their influence without losing authenticity. My coaching philosophy lives by three values — Clarity, Faith, and Action. 1. Clarity means seeing yourself and your environment honestly. 2. Faith means trusting the process (and your people) even when outcomes aren’t guaranteed. 3. Action means doing the real work — testing, learning, iterating — because leadership, like analytics, is an experiment in motion. Over the years, I’ve designed leadership programs, built feedback cultures, and helped senior executives evolve from managers of work to stewards of growth. Whether I’m working one-on-one or with an entire leadership team, I aim to leave people feeling a little more grounded, a little more capable, and a lot more excited about what’s next. Coaching, for me, isn’t about “fixing” leaders — it’s about unlocking what’s already there and reminding them that transformation doesn’t happen in theory. It happens in conversation, in choice, and in courage.
