As a university mathematics professor with over 14 years of teaching experience, I bring strong academic depth and structured methodology to AP preparation, particularly AP Calculus AB and BC. During my high school years, I earned 5s on multiple AP exams including Calculus BC, Statistics, and Economics, and I've since spent 5 years coaching students to similar success. My approach focuses on building genuine understanding rather than memorization. I break down complex concepts into digestible parts, create personalized study plans based on each student's strengths and weaknesses, and use real-world examples to make abstract ideas concrete. My students have consistently improved their practice test scores by an average of 2+ points, with many achieving their target scores of 4s and 5s.
