During my time at UCLA School of Law, I have earned several honors, including the UCLA Law Faculty Scholarship, the Adam Z. Rice Memorial Scholarship, the Erika J. Glazer Scholarship, the Greenberg Glusker Book Scholarship, the Kingdom Day Parade Scholarship, and the Langston Bar Association Scholarship (awarded twice). I was also selected for the 2024 Foundation for Advocacy, Inclusion & Resources (FAIR) Employee Justice Summer Clerkship and the 2024 Black Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles Scholarship. My activities reflect my leadership and dedication to the legal community. I have served as a Student Liaison for the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Barristers/Young Attorneys, and held various leadership roles in the Black Law Students Association, including 1L Representative and Co-Chair. I have also been involved in the Critical Race Studies Specialization as an Erika Glazer Scholar, worked with the Labor and Economic Justice Clinic, and served as the Langston Bar Association’s Student Liaison and Law Student Outreach Committee Chair. As a member of the National Black Law Journal, I have contributed as both Outreach Editor and Chief Managing Editor. Additionally, I served as the 1L President of the Student Bar Association (SBA) and later as SBA Diversity Officer. My involvement extends to mentoring in the UCLA Law Fellows Program, serving as a Staff Member and Chief Diversity Editor on the UCLA Law Review, and working as a Tour Guide and Student Ambassador for the law school. I also participated in the Workers’ Rights Clinic and the UCLA Trial Team, where we were regional champions in the BLSA Constance Baker Motley Trial Competition. Furthermore, I have been active in the Entertainment Law Association as Events Chair and the Fashion and Beauty Law Association as Secretary of Communications.

I didn't take a straight path to law school, and that's exactly why I can help you figure out yours. I seriously considered applying straight out of undergrad, then chose to build my career first at Goldman Sachs, and then still decided I wanted to deepen that experience by diving into renewable energy industry in Nairobi, Kenya before I finally felt ready to commit to a JD. I've thought through every version of this decision, at every stage, and I know how much the timing, framing, and self-knowledge behind your application actually matters. Along the way, I've coached my fellow Goldman Sachs analysts through our informal Law School Admissions Preparation program and guided friends, colleagues, and fellow alumni through the graduate school process. While recruiting for Big Law this year, I earned one of the strongest interview scores in my law firm's recruitment cycle and secured a leadership fellowship worth $50,000. My approach starts with understanding your goals and background, so that whether you need career strategy, application advice, or interview prep, we're building on what's already strong about your story.

I worked closely with a law school admissions coach during my own application process, which gave me a deep understanding of admissions strategy, timing, and what law schools are truly looking for in successful applicants. I applied to nine law schools and was accepted to all of them. Through that process, I learned how to craft compelling personal statements, build cohesive application narratives, and strategically position experiences and goals to stand out. Welcome to my profile! I am currently pursuing a JD/MBA from The Wharton School (UPenn) and the University of Pennsylvania Law School. With my unique background in both law and business, I bring a comprehensive perspective to help aspiring law students navigate the admissions process. Although I am new to formal/paid coaching, I have consulted with dozens of candidates on the application process. Personally, I was accepted to a majority of the T-14 law schools (including a significant merit-based scholarship at UPenn) and currently hold a 3.9 GPA in the law school classroom. My experiences as a Summer Associate at Latham & Watkins and a Law Clerk at the United States Department of Justice have provided me with insights into the legal profession—I hope to leverage these insights and more to help you craft your story. I was admitted to Yale Law School, Harvard Law School, and Stanford Law School, among others. I also received full-tuition scholarship offers from the University of Chicago Law School and Columbia Law School. I have demonstrated experience with crafting law school application materials and with LSAT preparation (I scored in the 99th percentile, and I have helped others do the same). Currently, I'm studying politics at the University of Oxford, where I am a Barry Scholar. The Barry Scholarship is awarded to around a dozen students in the United States each year, and it fully funds the pursuit of any graduate program at Oxford. I was admitted to three programs at Oxford, each of which was competitive. I'm experienced with writing, editing, and interview preparation. I specialize in applications to law schools, master's programs, and prestigious scholarships.

As a triple admit to top MBA, JD, and Public Policy programs, I bring a wealth of experience surrounding joint degree program admissions including identifying best-fit programs for career growth, crafting a compelling narrative to fit your target institution, and ensuring GMAT and LSAT scores meet institutional requirements. Prior to graduate school, I spent 3 years at the Boston Consulting Group, and have supported multiple consultants in their application efforts to both MBA programs and JD programs. When I first thought of going to law school, I thought it was a terrible idea. Student loans, bad job outcomes, and attorneys’ frequent malaise. But then I did the research. I learned how to crack the code of law school admissions, and understood how to achieve a legal career without breaking the bank. I'll never forget the day I set foot on Harvard Law School's campus. I hadn't gone to a brand-name undergrad. It seemed like everyone else at the admitted students day knew each other; I didn't know anyone. But it didn't matter. You don’t need connections to get into law school; you need strategy. I am a federal clerk and a graduate magna cum laude from Harvard Law School. I also hold a BA from Bard College, and am a PhD student in the Harvard sociology department. I know first-hand how stressful the JD application process is, and how to successfully navigate it. I know what admissions committees look for. And I know how to present your credentials—and build them—the way successful applicants do. As a coach, my approach is bottom-up. I know what it takes to build a competitive law school application because I've lived the full arc of it: from choosing the right extracurriculars as an undergrad to successfully navigating two separate law school admissions cycles, first as an initial applicant and then as a transfer student. I studied political science at BYU, where I balanced a packed extracurricular schedule that ranged from cheerleading and Political Review to serving as an officer for Women in Politics, all while completing a global marketing study abroad and several legal and political internships. That experience taught me firsthand how to build a narrative that ties together leadership, service, and academic interests into something admissions committees actually remember. I also understand transitions and tough decisions better than most coaches, because I've made them myself. I started law school at BYU, then transferred to Texas Tech Law to support my husband's medical training, and I'm about to begin there this fall. Along the way, I served on the executive board for the Government and Politics Club and the Federalist Society, and completed a government relations internship with Intermountain Health during my 1L year. I got into Harvard Law two years early, through the Junior Deferral Program, one of the most selective and least understood routes into a T14. Since then I have coached 60+ applicants at Write Track Admissions, including a client admitted to Harvard, Yale and Stanford in the same cycle. I won't hand you a template. Most applications fail because the essays, resume and recommendations each argue for a slightly different person. My job is to find the single argument your application should be making, and then make every document carry it.
