I’ve spent 18+ years across nearly every corner of the veterinary world -- urgent care, general practice, mobile, retail wellness, startups, and even founding my own end-of-life care practice. I’ve worked with *hundreds* of veterinarians: new grads finding their footing, seasoned professionals facing change, and everyone in between. I understand the pressure, compassion fatigue, blurred boundaries, and expectations that come with this work (no matter the setting) -- because I’ve lived alongside it.
