About Julie

I’m Julie... a leadership and life coach, former C-suite exec, entrepreneur, and mom of five in a beautifully blended family. I’ve spent my career building businesses, leading teams, and navigating the full complexity of work, family, and personal growth. I’ve climbed the ladder, earned the degrees, and checked all the boxes that were supposed to lead to fulfillment -- and then faced the uncomfortable truth that those achievements, while meaningful, weren’t the whole story. The hardest -- and most important -- thing I’ve had to learn is how to lead my own life. I’ve grappled with major life transitions, imposter syndrome, self-doubt, and the challenge of defining success on my own terms. I understand the tension that comes with growth, identity shifts, and being pulled in many directions at once. That’s what shapes how I coach. My style is warm, direct, and deeply human. I meet people where they are and help them explore what they truly want, what’s getting in the way, and how to move forward in a way that feels both authentic and sustainable.

Why do I coach?

I coach because I know what it’s like to feel stuck inside a life that looks “successful” on the outside—but doesn’t feel fulfilling on the inside. I’ve been there: climbing the ladder, juggling roles, pushing through stress, and quietly wondering, Is this really it? That experience woke me up -- and taught me that real fulfillment comes not from doing more, but from reconnecting with what matters and daring to lead your own life. Coaching changed how I live, and now it’s how I serve. I don’t offer one-size-fits-all frameworks. I offer a space that’s real, honest, and transformational..... where we explore what you truly want, uncover what’s getting in the way, and help you take bold, meaningful steps forward.
