At the Atlanta Hawks, I worked on strategic initiatives that supported both the business and basketball sides of the organization, giving me firsthand exposure to how sports organizations think, hire, and operate. Later, as SVP of Corporate Development and Strategy at Infinite Athlete, I helped shape the company’s direction across partnerships, product launches, acquisitions, and large-scale commercial initiatives. Hi everyone! I’m Sydney, a former Division I softball player at Yale and now a Senior Manager in Business Development & Strategy at Major League Baseball. After earning my MBA from Harvard Business School in 2024, I transitioned into the business of sports from a career in Investment Banking and Private Equity Investor Relations, where I've built deep experience in financial analysis, strategy, and operations. Since college, I’ve also dedicated significant time to mentoring through organizations like Make a Play Foundation, helping young professionals break into competitive industries.
