Hi everyone! I’m Sydney, a former Division I softball player at Yale and now a Senior Manager in Business Development & Strategy at Major League Baseball. After earning my MBA from Harvard Business School in 2024, I transitioned into the business of sports from a career in Investment Banking and Private Equity Investor Relations, where I've built deep experience in financial analysis, strategy, and operations. Since college, I’ve also dedicated significant time to mentoring through organizations like Make a Play Foundation, helping young professionals break into competitive industries. My broad range of experiences gives me a unique perspective to coach others looking to pivot into or grow within sports management.
