I’m a Relationship and Emotional Intelligence Coach specializing in attachment dynamics, nervous system regulation, and advanced pattern recognition. For over a decade, I’ve helped hundreds of clients understand the unconscious relationship patterns shaping their attraction, reactions, and partner choices. My work combines behavioral psychology, neuroscience, and real-world coaching experience to help high-achieving professionals move out of reactive cycles and into secure, grounded relationships. Before building my private coaching practice, I worked with Tawkify in both matchmaking and coaching roles and helped develop their internal coaching program. I’m the creator of the 5R Breakup Recovery Method and the 5P Conscious Masculinity Framework, structured systems designed to help clients build emotional intelligence, strengthen self-trust, and create lasting connection.

About Holly

I’m a relationship and emotional intelligence coach specializing in attachment dynamics, nervous system regulation, and advanced pattern recognition. My work sits at the intersection of behavioral psychology, neuroscience, and high-performance leadership, helping ambitious professionals understand the unconscious relational patterns shaping their choices, reactions, and partner selection. But this work didn’t begin academically; it began personally. Earlier in my life, I experienced firsthand how easy it is to seek external validation, over-function in relationships, and confuse intensity with alignment. I know what it feels like to build a successful life externally while quietly navigating internal relational blind spots. The transformation I guide clients through is one I’ve lived through myself: moving from self-abandonment to self-trust, from anxious overextension to regulated discernment. Prior to building my private coaching practice, I worked with Tawkify, the largest Matchmaking agency in the US, in both matchmaking and coaching roles and led the development of their internal coaching program. That experience sharpened my ability to identify recurring attachment dynamics, value misalignments, and behavioral blind spots across hundreds of real-world dating scenarios. I help clients recognize: How early attachment experiences influence present relationship dynamics Where self-sabotage shows up in high-functioning individuals The nervous system responses driving conflict, avoidance, or over-functioning. The gap between stated standards and subconscious selection I am the creator of the 5R Breakup Recovery Method and the 5P Conscious Masculinity Framework, structured systems designed to move clients from reactive cycles into secure, embodied connection and personal accountability. Many of my clients are high-achievers who are exceptional in their careers but recognize that relational mastery requires deeper self-awareness. They come to me when they’re ready to stop repeating patterns and start leading in love and in life.

Why do I coach?

I coach because I know what it feels like to succeed on paper and still feel misaligned in love. There was a season in my life where I was highly capable, driven, and self-aware and yet still repeating relational patterns that didn’t reflect the depth or security I truly wanted. I understood psychology intellectually. But insight alone wasn’t creating change. What changed my life was not more advice; it was deeper self-confrontation, nervous system work, and the willingness to examine my own blind spots with honesty. I have benefited from mentors and coaches who challenged me to see what I couldn’t see on my own. They helped me understand that growth isn’t about becoming more impressive; it’s about becoming more integrated. That experience fundamentally shifted how I move through relationships and leadership. It also showed me how powerful it is to have someone trained to see patterns you cannot see when you’re inside them. I coach because I believe relational mastery is the next frontier of high performance. You can build companies, portfolios, and public reputations, but if you cannot regulate your nervous system, communicate with clarity, or choose aligned partners, the success will always feel incomplete. Coaching matters to me because I’ve witnessed the cost of unconscious patterns, and I’ve lived the freedom that comes from interrupting them. Helping others build that kind of secure, embodied leadership, in love and in life, is my passion and purpose.
