I am passionate about the intersection of business and technology. I have an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and hold a BS in Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler. I have supported Admissions Committee interviews and TA'd Negotiations classes at Chicago Booth. From a professional perspective, I am currently a GM at AirGarage, a Series B startup, where I manage an 8-figure P&L. Prior to this, I led strategic pilot projects at Scale AI in the Generative AI space. Prior to this, I worked at Instacart for over 5 years where I helped scale Operations from Series E all the way through IPO. My experience began when I learned to solve for cold starts by launching markets across the US and Canada. Eventually this turned into a Senior Manager role where I led strategy and operations for our Canadian markets. Prior to Instacart, I have experience as a IBM Digital Strategy Consultant supporting retail clients. Over the years, I have successfully coached several individuals, helping them navigate the complexities of business strategy and operations. I've been a CEO for 15+ years and one of the top jobs of a CEO is to grow employees, advance their career, not just in your company but prepare them for after. I have helped advanced the careers of hundreds of employees, all of which have stayed and colleagues, friends and mentees. Perhaps this one small principle will make you see that I am different than most other people. In all of my companies I've had a rule where there can't be any job that doesn't have a path to grow. How about my executive assistant then? In most companies EA's stay in one job forever. All EA I've had, had a career path from EA to customer support, to account management to sales. I've grown so many administrative assistants to be sales people, and they are eternally grateful. Even the simplest job has to have a growth path otherwise employees are unhappy. I have never seen an employee leave working for me that I didn't want to see leave. It's these small but important principles that make it happen.

I have 10 years of experience in people management, program management and management consulting. I have worked with people from dozens of different countries. My most recent corporate role was leading a team of over 100 in the Live Operations department at Glovo, a tech company based in Barcelona specializing in food delivery. My team was responsible for ensuring problem-solving for our customers, couriers, and partners (restaurants & stores) in Georgia and Armenia. My favorite aspects of the job were people management and coaching. In parallel, I taught Change Management at the #1 business school in Georgia and I loved it. Before Glovo I spent 4 years at Amazon between Seattle and London. As a go-to-market manager, I successfully launched Amazon's over 50 new devices with European retailers. I brought structure to a hectic launch preparation process and promoted accountability among team members. I managed stakeholders with conflicting interests to get them to focus on common goals and achieve them together. I also facilitated Customer Obsession 101 trainings to reinforce Amazon UK’s customer-centric culture and I loved it! I hold an MBA degree from Georgetown University, where I graduated in the top 8% of my class on a Fulbright scholarship. Before pursuing my MBA, I worked for nearly five years in management consulting where I honed my analytical, quick learning and presentation skills.
