I’m especially passionate about helping students who don’t already have built-in access, insider knowledge, or a clear roadmap. Internships can be powerful — but only when they’re intentional. Many of my clients are high-performers who look successful on paper yet feel stuck. They need a thinking partner who will challenge their assumptions, help them see patterns, and turn reflection into action. Before becoming a coach, I spent a decade leading digital marketing teams. I've navigated org politics, managed up, made hard calls about roles and direction, and burned out in the process. When clients describe what they're up against professionally, I'm not theorizing. I've been there. My coaching is both grounded and incisive. I listen closely, notice recurring themes, and ask questions that go beneath surface explanations. I believe in examining not only the decision in front of you, but also the beliefs and narratives that shape how you evaluate your options. That's where real clarity emerges. That said, reflection only matters if it leads somewhere. I'll also help you pressure-test your choices, map out concrete next steps, and stay accountable to the commitments you make. The balance between reflection and forward motion is where the best work takes shape. I hold my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation, and earned my Certified Professional Coach (CPC) designation through iPEC, an ICF Level 2 accredited program. I've also spent 500+ hours in the client's seat myself, across both coaching and therapy, which fundamentally shapes how I show up in this work. After consulting, I transitioned into a non-traditional field I was genuinely excited about: food manufacturing. Yes, really. That move did not happen overnight. It took determination, conviction, and self-awareness to keep both a broad and a focused view of my options and to assess opportunities thoughtfully rather than jumping to the next obvious choice. Along the way, I had to navigate the pull of many compelling options, including private equity roles, business school, and the usual suspects. During that time, I created frameworks to help myself get clear on what I cared about, what I was good at, and what I wanted to begin building long term. I now use those same frameworks to help other consultants make intentional decisions about their own paths. My niche is helping consultants slow down enough to ask the right questions and turn the answers into clear, actionable next steps. In our work together, we often explore questions like: What am I actually good at? What parts of my work do I enjoy, and which parts drain me? What skills, environments, and problems energize me most? What do I want to begin building for myself over time? From there, the work becomes practical and action-oriented. I help clients build conviction around their interests and the momentum to make meaningful career changes. My work includes refining messaging, strengthening resumes, reviewing job search strategies, preparing for interviews, and positioning experience clearly. I believe strongly in the power of networking. Welcome! I have 10+ years of experience in the private sector, including six years in strategic management consulting working across multiple industries. I have been fortunate to have success in navigating upward career steps, with a track record of success and regular promotions at both Bloomberg and at BCG. At Bloomberg, I navigated a transition from contractor to employee and created a new more strategic role for myself. At BCG, I was promoted from consultant to project leader to principal. I was promoted early to principal and served as a formal coach and informal to colleagues as they navigated their own BCG and non-BCG career paths. Upon deciding to leave BCG, I investigated multiple opportunities across large corporations, start-ups, and franchises before settling on my next role.
