Before I became a coach, I spent 15 years in data and strategy consulting, most recently at Slalom Consulting, where I led Data & AI for the Great Lakes region. I scaled an enterprise AI practice from 3 to 26 consultants and delivered programs for Fortune 500 and public-sector clients. Today, I run Pathworks AI, a fractional Chief Data & AI Officer practice for independent businesses. What I bring to a coaching session is range. I've sat with CEOs trying to figure out where AI actually pays off, and I've sat with engineering teams making it work in production. I started my career as a high school teacher and studied philosophy in college, which probably explains my operating principle: humans define the work, AI does the work, and humans validate the results. I’m an AI implementation strategist and former operator with experience helping founders, executives, and teams identify high-impact AI use cases, redesign workflows, and turn business knowledge into practical AI systems. Through Krym Studio, I build workspaces, AI assistants, rules-based workflows, validation processes, and knowledge systems for marketing, research, client operations, and executive decision-making. My work covers AI strategy, adoption, governance, workflow design, team enablement, and implementation. Before founding Krym Studio, I spent more than 20 years building and scaling platform businesses across AI, data, digital media, and Latin America. I led Waze LATAM from launch to 15 million users across six markets and later led product strategy and go-to-market execution for a personal AI platform that scaled to 140,000 daily active users. As a coach, I help professionals and business leaders move from broad AI interest to a clear plan: selecting the right use cases, defining an AI roadmap, structuring the knowledge and rules the system needs, managing adoption, and deciding what should be automated, assisted, or left to human judgment.
