As a McCombs student majoring in Management Information Systems and Mechanical Engineering, I've developed a strong foundation in both the technical and strategic aspects of quantitative finance. Why do I coach?

Breaking into quantitative finance felt impossible when I started, I didn't know where to begin, what skills mattered, or how to stand out. I made countless mistakes, sent applications into the void, and struggled to crack the interview process. What changed everything was connecting with people who had recently been in my shoes and could give me honest, practical advice. Now that I'm on the other side, I coach because I remember how isolating and overwhelming the process felt. I want to be the person I wish I had when I was starting out, someone who could demystify the recruiting process, share what actually works, and help turn anxiety into confidence.
