As a Coach, I lead the Dallas/Fort Worth cohort to build their leadership skills and develop their individual three-year business growth plans. The CEO's working with me learn about effective leadership, business planning & development, business finance & raising capital, HR, hiring, company culture, marketing and brand awareness, driving sales, digital marketing and social media strategies, and legal compliance, IP and contracts. The program culminates with the presentation of their final capstone presentation and 3-year growth plan.
