I've run AI engineering at enterprise level since before it was a buzz-world. ML platforms, data infrastructure, and AI governance across world class consumer services serving 200M+ users. As a former VP of Product, I was part of executive conversations where we were actively scoping ML and LLM solutions, and there were moments where the direction felt wrong for society, not just for the business.
