I spent 5 years at OpenAI (2016-2021) during the foundation of modern AI, followed by 3 years as Head of AI - Product Experience at Spotify, where I led teams building AI systems that served 500M+ users. I wasn't just using AI tools. I was in the rooms where architectural decisions were made about how humans and AI systems should interact at scale. I have been in tech working with AI for over 10 years at Google and Meta. I now teach AI in Marketing at the University of Washington and ELVTR online. I have worked as a product manager and solutions engineer at 2 YC-backed AI companies, where I led the design and implementation of bespoke automation systems for companies in diverse industries.
