I'm a Senior Software Engineer at Slack on the DevXP AI team, where I focus on AI adoption and agent tooling — helping engineers and non-engineers across the company integrate Claude Code and AI-powered workflows into their day-to-day. I work hands-on with agentic systems, prompt engineering, MCP servers, and LLM harness design, and I'm one of the people leading the charge on making AI automation actually usable for real teams. Beyond Slack, I've spoken at 100+ events on tech and emerging tools, and I build in this space constantly — from AI-powered dashboards to Claude-integrated workflows. I've used this exact approach to solve complex, real-world problems, like automating a client's entire purchasing order system. We took a 40-hour-a-month manual nightmare and cut it down to five. I believe these visual, node-based tools are a game-changer because they let you see your process, taking automation out of a "black box" and putting you in control.
