Overall Experience: My journey started with a free intro call that set the bar incredibly high. Greg spent over an hour providing a realistic, strategic assessment of my profile. As an applicant from a highly competitive pool with a low GPA applying entirely in Round 2, I needed a consultant who could find my unique edge. Greg’s balanced honesty and proactive attitude made him the clear choice. He was upfront about the challenges of coming from an overrepresented pool and immediately gave me actionable advice on my GMAT target and school strategy. Coming from a analytics role with ~7 years of experience, I had plenty of technical achievements but lacked "direct management" titles. Greg was instrumental in helping me pivot my resume from "technical tasks" to "executive impact." We had a very thorough call going through each bullet points on my resume, and unearthed stories I had previously overlooked, several of which later became the "key stories" for my essays and interviews. Greg is a master of the "cohesive narrative." He has an incredible memory for detail, often connecting dots from our brainstorming sessions weeks prior to strengthen a current essay. He is exceptionally skilled at keeping essays concise and punchy without losing any critical context. The interview preparation was equally transformative. Instead of just running through mock questions, Greg taught me a comprehensive research methodology. We mapped out a strategy on how to structure responses, which stories to deploy for specific questions, and how to bridge my tech analytics background to my post-MBA goals. Greg for sure made me more confident when walking into the interviews. Greg provided a significant amount of "excess time" through generous round-downs and complimentary services, always prioritizing the quality of the application over the clock. He even reached out to his network to ensure we were presenting certain aspects of my profile in the most effective way possible. Conclusion: It still feels like a dream to have received an offer and a fellowship from my dream school—a goal that felt far out of reach just a year ago. I have already recommended Greg to my close friends, and I would recommend him to anyone serious about their MBA goals. He is detailed, knowledgeable, and deeply invested in his clients' success. 

I did a speed-run with prepswift and had Andrew teach me some additional techniques. TBH - he gives a very valuable perspective and allowed me to score higher than I would have with just prepswift. If I were to do it all over again, I would just do quant foundation with Prepswift and have Andrew help me with techniques, etc. My scores before were all below 325.

I was looking for help with mock interviews, and I don’t think I would have had as much success without his help.

Per the coaching plan, they created a framework to evaluate job fit based on my specific priorities for a new position/company. They then identified gaps or missing skills in my resume based on the job listings I was interested in. I expressed in our initial discussions my main concern was updating my resume to include more quantitative examples, revising it to be more "impact->achievement", better reflecting my experience and skills, and they walked me through creating an example bank for updating resume bullets. They talked me through my hold ups and made a daunting task possible. What truly sets Marie apart is the level of effort and care they put into their work. Beyond the agreed outline, they researched my industry ensuring their guidance was highly relevant. Rather than make broad statements of general improvements or skills I should enhance, they provided concrete recommendations such as specific certifications or events in my industry I should look into and clearly explained how each would improve my professional profile. As a result of their coaching, I achieved my goal of a strong resume and have a framework for evaluating opportunities and tailoring my applications. The framework and tools they provided have made applying to new roles significantly more streamlined and manageable.

Rifat was a great support system and tutor through out my MBA journey. I pivoted to the GRE after months of trying. With the GMAT and he really helped me develop the math skills needed to do well on the exam. We talked through timing skills and testing strategies which I think were very helpful!
