Background / Profile Context: - Region: International female from an overrepresented Asian country - Education: Undergrad in an Economics-related major; Low GPA - Experience: ~6-7 years in Tech - Leadership: Functional team lead and mentorship roles (no direct management experience) - Stats: GMAT Focus 715 - Application Timing: All R2 - Results: 6/6 Interview Invites, 5/6 Admits, including 2 M7s (Accepted to dream school Sloan with $$ Dean's Fellowship) and 3 T15s (one full-ride, one half-tuition). Total scholarship ~$300K+. Overall Experience: My journey started with a free intro call that set the bar incredibly high. Greg spent over an hour providing a realistic, strategic assessment of my profile. As an applicant from a highly competitive pool with a low GPA applying entirely in Round 2, I needed a consultant who could find my unique edge. Greg’s balanced honesty and proactive attitude made him the clear choice. He was upfront about the challenges of coming from an overrepresented pool and immediately gave me actionable advice on my GMAT target and school strategy. Coming from a analytics role with ~7 years of experience, I had plenty of technical achievements but lacked "direct management" titles. Greg was instrumental in helping me pivot my resume from "technical tasks" to "executive impact." We had a very thorough call going through each bullet points on my resume, and unearthed stories I had previously overlooked, several of which later became the "key stories" for my essays and interviews. Greg is a master of the "cohesive narrative." He has an incredible memory for detail, often connecting dots from our brainstorming sessions weeks prior to strengthen a current essay. He is exceptionally skilled at keeping essays concise and punchy without losing any critical context. The interview preparation was equally transformative. Instead of just running through mock questions, Greg taught me a comprehensive research methodology. We mapped out a strategy on how to structure responses, which stories to deploy for specific questions, and how to bridge my tech analytics background to my post-MBA goals. Greg for sure made me more confident when walking into the interviews. Greg provided a significant amount of "excess time" through generous round-downs and complimentary services, always prioritizing the quality of the application over the clock. He even reached out to his network to ensure we were presenting certain aspects of my profile in the most effective way possible. Conclusion: It still feels like a dream to have received an offer and a fellowship from my dream school—a goal that felt far out of reach just a year ago. I have already recommended Greg to my close friends, and I would recommend him to anyone serious about their MBA goals. He is detailed, knowledgeable, and deeply invested in his clients' success.

I did a speed-run with prepswift and had Andrew teach me some additional techniques. TBH - he gives a very valuable perspective and allowed me to score higher than I would have with just prepswift. If I were to do it all over again, I would just do quant foundation with Prepswift and have Andrew help me with techniques, etc. My scores before were all below 325.

I would highly recommend Marie to anyone looking for thoughtful, strategic, and highly personalized career coaching. Marie has been an outstanding career coach and support in my professional growth. As a program manager in aerospace/defense, my primary goal was to strengthen my resume and position myself for new opportunities within my industry. They created a personalized coaching plan tailored to me and my goals with clear outcomes and a structured path to achieve them outlined. They ensured I approved the plan and that my expectations aligned with what they understood my objectives to be. Per the coaching plan, they created a framework to evaluate job fit based on my specific priorities for a new position/company. They then identified gaps or missing skills in my resume based on the job listings I was interested in. I expressed in our initial discussions my main concern was updating my resume to include more quantitative examples, revising it to be more "impact->achievement", better reflecting my experience and skills, and they walked me through creating an example bank for updating resume bullets. They talked me through my hold ups and made a daunting task possible. They reviewed my resume providing clear, actionable feedback that we were able to discuss live, and they walked me through how to tailor my resume for specific job postings to strengthen my candidacy. What truly sets Marie apart is the level of effort and care they put into their work. Beyond the agreed outline, they researched my industry ensuring their guidance was highly relevant. Rather than make broad statements of general improvements or skills I should enhance, they provided concrete recommendations such as specific certifications or events in my industry I should look into and clearly explained how each would improve my professional profile. As a result of their coaching, I achieved my goal of a strong resume and have a framework for evaluating opportunities and tailoring my applications. The framework and tools they provided have made applying to new roles significantly more streamlined and manageable.

Rifat was a great support system and tutor through out my MBA journey. I pivoted to the GRE after months of trying. With the GMAT and he really helped me develop the math skills needed to do well on the exam. We talked through timing skills and testing strategies which I think were very helpful! He had continued to check in and support me well after our sessions ended and that means a lot. I would definitely recommend Rifat.

Aateeb supported me end to end through my MBA applications and was an incredible coach to have by my side! From our first sessions, he came in highly organized with a clear, sequenced plan that made an otherwise overwhelming process feel very structured and manageable. He pushed me to reflect deeply on my story and helped me build a cohesive narrative across my essays. He has a strong sense for what top programs are actually looking for, and his experience in climate and sustainability was especially valuable given my focus. He helped surface what was most distinctive about my background and sharpen my “why” in a way that felt both authentic and compelling. Beyond the application work, he was a constant source of encouragement and helped me show up with confidence in interviews. I would definitely recommend working with him!

Kevin is truly an exceptional coach. While preparing for casing, he taught me not just how to work through each case, but how to approach them in the most optimal and structured way. He consistently provided opportunities for me to practice the exact types of cases I needed, including more unconventional and challenging cases that I could realistically encounter in real interviews. What helped me improve the most was his ability to clearly identify my weaknesses and then relentlessly focus on drilling those specific areas. That targeted and intensive practice made a huge difference in accelerating my progress. The recruiting process can be mentally exhausting, but I’m incredibly grateful for how Kevin helped me regain confidence in a short period of time and continuously supported me with warm encouragement throughout. He was also very accommodating with my limited schedule, always adjusting his availability so we could fit in many sessions within a short timeframe, which allowed me to grow quickly. What really sets Kevin apart is how intentional and well-prepared he is for every session. He tailored each session to my specific needs—carefully selecting drills, cases, and materials that directly addressed my weaknesses. This structured and personalized approach helped me rapidly improve, fully close my gaps, and ultimately secure an offer. I’m extremely grateful for his support and would highly recommend him to anyone going through consulting recruiting.

Sophie is truly an exceptional coach. From our very first session, she was able to clearly diagnose my weaknesses and provided detailed, thoughtful feedback after every session. This helped me understand exactly where I needed to improve, and the sessions she prepared were always tailored with cases that directly targeted those areas. That level of personalization made a huge difference in helping me improve quickly. Working with Sophie, I was able to consistently drill my weaknesses and reinforce them through repetition, which translated directly into stronger performance in real interviews. The recruiting process can be mentally exhausting, but I’m incredibly grateful for how she helped me stay grounded, regain confidence quickly, and continuously supported me with genuine encouragement throughout. What really sets Sophie apart from other coaches is how prepared and intentional she is for every single session. She always came in with a clear plan, curated cases, and a structured approach that made each session highly efficient and impactful. Because of this, I was able to make rapid progress, fully address my weaknesses, and ultimately secure an offer. I’m extremely thankful for her guidance and would highly recommend her to anyone going through the consulting recruiting process.
