As a STEM major wanting to pivot to the legal field, I remember sitting down to write my personal statements and blanking over and over again. That is when I reached out to Craig on LeLand. We set up an intro call, and I knew immediately that his insight would get me into an amazing law school. For the next few months, Craig helped me create a strong portfolio highlighting how my unique background and interests make me a competitive candidate for the top law schools in the nation. Working with Christina has been invaluable in my preparing for full time consulting roles. My first session with her was a full diagnostic, where she offered thoughtful feedback and tangible targeted next steps to improve on my interviewing weaknesses. I also took an hour to run behavioral questions with her and appreciated the detailed perspective, especially with regards to how a McKinsey consultant might score my responses. Parth is the most amazing coach ever! Only two weeks in and he already helped me secure a product interview at Visa. He’s not only knowledgeable and sharp, but also super easy to work with. Emily was the perfect coach for my application process. After reading all sorts of forums and talking with other coaching services my head was filled with all sorts of contradicting information and target schools. I also came in with some nuance to my situation, but she helped me navigate and understand exactly how to put my progression on to paper. She was honest yet caring in how she delivered feedback. Quickly delivered multiple rounds of feedback on essays, even in inconvenient times. The mock interview was also very helpful as it prepared me for all sorts of behavioral questions you don't see in regular job interviews and made me think about my answers before going in to interviews. Would recommend Emily to anyone I knew going through the process.

I cased with Andrew while preparing for interviews with McKinsey and Bain, and he was incredibly helpful in guiding me through what both firms expect during the case interview process. He has a strong grasp of how to structure clear, MECE frameworks and helped me build confidence in navigating both qualitative and quantitative problem-solving. I had ~5 sessions with Faith before my final round McK interview and she was amazing!! She was truly in my corner the whole time and really embodied what it means to be a “coach”. She quickly identified my weaknesses and was able to teach me effective strategies to address them. This advice was instrumental in ultimately securing the offer. I found her coaching to be well worth the time / money and I would highly recommend her. She was also very responsive and flexible which I really appreciated!!

From my first meeting with Geri, she was so kind, approachable, knowledgeable, and supportive.
