Mantasha is super approachable and amazing at helping folks navigate what’s next in their careers. In my case, she helped me launch mine (!) and make some lasting connections in the process. I kept running into dead ends trying to job search without any extra input. After talking things over with Mantasha and reworking my approach, though, not only was I feeling more confident applying to positions, I was also able to field the opportunities I had into a full-fledged career!

Daniel Vinnik studies electronic systems engineering at Texas A&M University, where he was apart of AggieSat Laboratory. He worked on verification of control systems among other things. In addition to that he is currently interning at Nasa.

Joy's coaching methodology is completely mind-changing. By providing constructive feedback in an iterative manner and using a great deal of patience, Joy helps her mentees develop habits in how they articulate themselves. Joy assisted me with writing my CV and my application for a scholarship more than 6 year ago, and I still practice the skills and tools she imparted to me.

Nico really helped me during my consulting journey in college. Nico has been one of the most invested mentors I've had throughout my consulting recruiting process. Not only did he spend multiple sessions with me to make sure my case prep was on point, but he also gave me insight into what firms are looking for in a strong candidate and helped me optimize for it. Overall, I think he is the best person to work with for MBB/Consulting recruiting.

This guy is a literal legend. I spent a summer being taught by Nico. In that summer, I went from a novice who knew nothing about consulting to landing an offer at BCG and other firms.
