I started working with Allie 1.5 months before the round 2 MBA application deadlines. I was incredibly happy with what we accomplished in a short time frame. Allie guided me through each step of the application process. She helped me craft my story and advised me on how to tackle each school's essay questions. She went above and beyond with regards to giving me feedback. Also, she was patient and supportive throughout the whole process. I highly recommend anyone going through MBA application process to work with Allie!

Mario helped me with all my applications to MBA programs. The turn around was incredibly quick for any material I sent over and he was always willing to jump in a call if I had questions. Additionally, he was dedicated to helping me draft an essay that told my story but would set me apart from other applicants! Mario did a great job giving me insights on what schools were looking for and provided positive constructive feedback for any improvements needed. I’d highly recommend him to anyone applying to schools for undergrad or grad programs!

Mo is truly an amazing coach and teacher. He is warm, quick, encouraging, challenging, and always honest. Mo is willing to work on anything that will help you, whether it's high level concepts or third grade consulting math — and does so with joy and genuine interest. I looked forward to our sessions together & am excited for you to have the opportunity to work with him!

Ben provided really helpful high-level structure coaching and detailed sentence-level feedback on my essays. I ended up getting into Kellogg which I was super excited about thanks to Ben's support.

I was a re-applicant to CBS and Ross, and am currently choosing between CBS and Kellogg. It would absolutely not be possible without Andy's help. I'll break it down: The process: The application process sucks. There are a lot of moving pieces, and Andy helps make the process way smoother. There is a clear step-by-step: resume, recommendation, essay. Working with him made this overwhelming process a lot easier because I could always reach out with questions, tweaks, and a gut check on my story/narrative. The Story: As someone who has a lot going on, it was always difficult trying to nail down my story: why an MBA, what did I want to get out it, and what about my background was unique/interesting. Andy went above and beyond to have brainstorming sessions to parse down my story for each school. This is pretty key for the application portion, but also during interviews & when networking at events. Essays: The essays were a lot harder than I initially expected. Andy helped with brainstorming sessions for each prompt to ensure that I was answering the prompt while nailing the most important parts of my story. I always, always appreciate brutal and honest feedback and Andy never shied away from being honest. The brainstorming sessions were also eye-opening for me in understanding myself beyond the surface level of my extra currs or my job. Super, duper helping in nailing all these prompts and addressing the key points that each school was school was looking for. Re-applicant: Andy was super helpful in crafting my story as a re-applicant. My goals and career had not substantially changed, but Andy was able to help me parse out my story from a completely different angle that was compelling for the application. TLDR: Absolutely, 100 percent recommend working with Andy. He'll be incredibly honest about your reach/target schools based on your profile, guide you through your narrative/essays and is overall just a really positive vibe that is key to this very long, tiring process. THANKS ANDY!!

Sandra was super helpful. I asked her for a sense check over my application. I needed someone who had been through the process, had boots on the ground at HBS, and knew what HBS was looking for. Her feedback was very thoughtful and exactly what I needed. Thank you!

I had one session with Connor and found it to be extremely thorough. He was skilled at helping me identify factors that set me apart and emphasize in my essays. He is also detail oriented and provided additional helpful feedback for my resume even though I went through it a few times before with others.

I wasn’t initially planning to get outside feedback, mostly because I didn’t realize how helpful someone could be. Daniel went above and beyond in every regard. Personally, I felt like I was so in the weeds and for so long (the application process is a long one) that I was starting to miss the bigger picture (understanding how someone on the outside would read my application). Getting an outside perspective (beyond family/friends and from someone who’s been through it/helped others) was exactly what I needed. His feedback on the structure and effectiveness of my essays was invaluable. He pushed me to rethink how I told my stories. My only regret was not reaching out/working with Daniel sooner.
