I connected with Paul to get some perspective about my options for growth inside of my current organization, Ping Identity. I worked with Allie for a few round 2 applications with a limited timeline. Being international, I needed extra support to familiarize myself with the approach required to tackle the applications and she guided me seamlessly through the process. She was super helpful in refining my story by asking prompting questions and had a creative and unique way of framing things to make my story flow. She has a sharp attention to detail and is knowledgeable about the schools - Wharton in particular - which was valuable in getting to the final outcome.

Chip is a phenomenal coach! He is patient, very communicative and a great story teller. From the beginning, he invested time working through brainstorming activities with me to understand my strengths and define my story.
