I had a really great conversation with Alison. It genuinely felt like a back-and-forth exchange, almost like ping pong, where my questions, her insights, her questions, and my reflections all built on each other in a very natural way. She gave me thoughtful recommendations on how to better present and structure my own story, what was already working, and what could be improved. What stood out to me most was not just what she said, but how she said it. Her guidance was direct and practical, yet delivered in a way that felt very personal and warm. You can tell she genuinely cares and speaks with the best intentions, which made it much easier for me to open up, reflect, and think more clearly about my professional goals and potential career paths. Even in a relatively short setting, I walked away with more clarity, a better sense of direction, and a stronger understanding of how to move forward. I recently attended (along with 100 or so other people), a workshop given by Adele on understanding AI and how to integrate it into daily workflows. As someone who works in the tech field, I have attended numerous AI courses and trainings, and Adele's presentation was easily one of the best. I worked with June at Deloitte and she was one of the most genuinely impactful people in my early career.
