About Andrei
I’m an AI startup operator, partnerships leader, and career coach with 15+ years of experience across AI, B2B technology, education technology, strategic partnerships, customer experience, and go-to-market strategy. I recently made my own full pivot into AI as the 3rd hire and founding business lead at Superpanel, an early-stage AI startup helping law firms improve their operations by deploying AI agents and workflows. I lead customer experience and AI implementations, translating real customer workflows into AI-first operating models. That gives me a firsthand view into how AI-native organizations operate, what skills they value, and how non-technical professionals can position themselves credibly in this market. Previously, I built and led product and content partnerships at Multiverse, advised LaFamilia Foundation on partnership and AI/workflow strategy, and held leadership roles at Northeastern University and Udacity. Across my career, I’ve built partnerships with organizations including AWS, Google, IBM, NVIDIA, Microsoft, Databricks, Meta, ServiceNow, Coca-Cola, and leading universities. I’m especially helpful for non-technical professionals, business operators, GTM talent, partnerships leaders, customer-facing professionals, and strategy/operations candidates looking to move into AI, startups, tech, business development, or strategic partnerships roles.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I have seen too many talented people undersell themselves — not because they lack experience, but because they are telling the wrong story. The job market rewards candidates who can translate their experience into the language of the role, company, and business problem. That is especially true in AI, startups, partnerships, and GTM roles, where the best candidates are not always the ones with the most linear backgrounds. I’ve coached 35+ mid-career and senior professionals targeting roles at top tech companies, earning top 1% coaching ratings. My focus goes beyond surface-level job search prep. I specialize in the highest-leverage moments after the recruiting screen: hiring-manager interviews, complex case studies, take-home assignments, and final-round conversations where strong candidates are competing for a limited number of offers. I have built teams, made hiring decisions, led partnerships, worked inside AI and education technology companies, and coached professionals through moments when they felt stuck, discouraged, or unsure how to reposition themselves. My goal is to give clients the strategy, structure, and honest feedback they need to compete with more confidence. My coaching style is direct, practical, and supportive. I will not help you fabricate experience. I will help you understand the value of what you have already done, communicate it more clearly, and build the playbook to move toward the next role with intention.
