The final product of my essays, especially the ones that are more important and time-consuming. I think the offline process of exchanging essays back and forth the key as it allows both client and staff to ruminate over the writings instead of trying to wrap up everything on a single call. Even though it might be a little more expensive or time-consuming to write the essays, I think the experience was excellent, as I had results in line with my potential and scores and got accepted at great schools. I hired a different consultant last year it wasn't the same.

I did 3 one-on-one sessions with Ellin prior to my HBS interview. It helped me feel more confident, more structured in my responses, and better prepared to field whatever question would come my way. Ellin is very well prepared for each session, thorough, gives great feedback and detailed notes. She is energetic and open to questions and suggestions. I really like that if she knew we won't have time to cover some questions she'd come up with, she would send me those extra questions separately - it was a nice added touch. The whole prep process felt very personalized to me and my profile, which definitely made a difference.

I was able to see a lot of nuance and difference between a successful application and the one I submitted the previous year. I absolutely will recommend, I think the feeling of support you get from Ellin with your story. I had worked with consultants who just wanted you to be a certain way, with very little input from you because they believed this is how a successful application should be.
