Working with Tyler for Wharton MBA coaching through Leland was an outstanding experience. Tyler brings a rare combination of strategic clarity, deep familiarity with Wharton’s culture as a former MBA admisisons fellow, and genuine investment in his clients’ success. He helped me translate a nontraditional background in science and entrepreneurship into a clear, compelling MBA narrative that felt authentic and well-positioned for Wharton. What sets Tyler apart is his ability to zoom out and think strategically. He helps craft how your story fits Wharton specifically—while also giving precise, actionable feedback on interview and overall application strategy. He is thoughtful, responsive, and deeply knowledgeable about what differentiates strong Wharton candidates. I would highly recommend Tyler to anyone serious about applying to Wharton or other top MBA programs, especially candidates coming from healthcare, science, or other nontraditional paths who want to articulate their impact and trajectory with confidence and clarity.

Cathy was introduced to me by a Leland employee as one of the choices for application coach. After chatting with her and a couple other top coaches I decided to get the full package with Cathy. Best choice I’ve made for me and my future. I had major concerns on certain aspects of my profile and was not confident that I will be able to receive acceptance from the programs I was interested in since I was only open to attend top tiered schools in Europe. The timing was also quite tight for the round of applications I was aiming for. Cathy is incredibly proactive, structured and knowledgeable. She knows exactly what I needed help with and how to overcome the obstacles in order to make my application shine through. Every element was well considered and strategically aligned with my end goal. Though I’m not the perfect candidate compared to other more achieving applicants, my application was able to help me reach the final interview round, and agains all odds, I was accepted to my dream program. Thanks to Cathy and her professional capabilities and immense support, I am now prepping for the journey ahead that I have anticipated for years. Cathy is the best choice anyone could have as a coach if they are considering European based MBA programs, and I do not use “best” lightly; she’s quite literally the savior for an application with a missing piece. If I can have one suggestion for any person purchasing Cathy’s coaching services, do the full package, for multiple schools preferably to boost chances. Let Cathy hold your hand through the process and you will end up realizing how worth it it is when the confirmation letter comes through. Good luck!

Tom is an amazing coach! He goes beyond questions and drills—he helps you build a strategy, tightened each narrative to be both compelling and measurable. During the mock, he gave real-time feedback on structure and pacing (STAR → reflection → tie-back to Haas) . After one session, my delivery was crisper, my stories landed better, and I felt much more confident on follow-ups. If you want to elevate your Haas interview from “clear” to “convincing,” Tom is an excellent choice.

I can’t recommend Kamna highly enough as an MBA admissions interview coach. With her guidance, I was accepted to the Wharton MBA, and her impact on my interview performance was decisive. Every mock interview felt intentional and increasingly refined. As a person with a non-traditional background, I needed help translating complex experiences into clear, business-relevant leadership narratives. Kamna excelled at helping me bridge that gap and anticipate follow-ups with confidence. Beyond tactics, Kamna was a true coach — calm, supportive, and deeply invested in my success. By the time I walked into the Wharton interview, I felt prepared, grounded, and confident in my story. If you’re serious about top MBA interviews and want someone who is strategic, direct, and genuinely excellent at what she does, Kamna is outstanding.

Brian does not miss. It is clear he understands the TBD process comprehensively. His feedback is clear. He delivered targeted and tailored feedback to me instantaneously after our session. Additionally, he was exceptionally accommodating and was able to facilitate my one on one with him post TBD due to a quickly approaching interview. Geri helped me prep for my HBS interview, and she is the expert on the process! She gave me a tailored mock, with thoughtful questions that even came up in the actual interview. She also helped me understand what in my application would stick out to the admissions board so that I could focus my attention. Geri was incredibly helpful when it came to my post interview reflection. Her feedback was prompt and specific. Geri was the best investment I made during this process!

Ben helped me with my HBS interview, and he was incredibly knowledgeable! He helped me by sharing an interview questions doc and gave specific feedback on how I could sharpen my answers during our mock together. I cannot recommend Ben enough!
