I have had the pleasure of having Steven as a mentor/professional development coach. A lifelong learner who has a wealth of knowledge and expertise, poured into me the tools, skills and shared experience needed for success. As a military Vet, I was in need of assistance and Steven was able to provide guidance, and constructive feedback. Mr. Steven is a servant leader who is committed to service and growth of others. Steven has been instrumental in my success so far as a mentee. He has been candid, motivational, and has went the extra mile to ensure I have all of the information I need to succeed as a project manager and process innovator. Steven is very knowledgeable, dynamic, and professional. Without any previous interaction, he led the session in a very organized way. His approachable personality allows for a very effective and efficient conversation. He was transparent and was not afraid to share his own experience. Steven Crane is one of the sharpest and most versatile Veterans that I have met along my military-to-civilian transition journey. Brilliant Passionate Professional is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about Steven! I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Steven for 6 months, during which he taught and mentored me as I prepare for my Project Management Professional examination. Above all, I was impressed with Steven’s ability to take the Professional Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) and break it down into edible pieces no matter what experience level a person may be. And, of course, his genuine humility and humor makes him a very likable person. Steven is as dedicated and hard working as they come and he would be a true asset for any positions requiring Project Management or Instructor and comes with my heart-felt recommendation.
