Reagan was an awesome coach for management consulting. She was very personable and easy to talk to, and I felt so comfortable bringing up a lot of my “stupid” questions. She gave me feedback in a way that wasn’t discouraging, and I now model my own MBB coaching style from my experiences with her.

Arushi will do everything to get you where you want to be! She’s always going out of her way to help people with everything from resume editing to big decisions like career advice. She’s helped me with casing, consulting industry questions, practice interviews, resume editing, cover letter advice, and just pure motivation! Her feedback is always direct, explained, and reasonable. Not to mention she is extremely qualified and knowledgeable - Arushi got offers from all top three consulting firms, which is incredible. But most importantly, she is so friendly and funny - couldn’t have asked for a better coach!

While searching for a new job in project/account management, I had a lot of questions about the correct approach when it came to interviewing. I wanted to be clear about my interest in certain companies without being overbearing. Erika was a lifesaver in advising me on crafting responses, asking questions, and providing creative ways to show my individual value as a candidate.

As a sophomore in college, I went through consulting internship recruiting and ended up receiving an offer from BCG because of Arushi's help. She provided great insights on how to present my story during the interview process and was especially helpful with learning how to tackle consulting cases.
