I was looking for a career pivot, and she provided great insights on how to emphasize the transferability of my skills and how to write it out in a clear, effective way. She has a great knack for workshopping experience-related bullet points on a resume to be more hard-hitting and relevant. She also helped me better understand what jobs might best match my skills, and how to look for them. Overall, she provided a great perspective that I felt I needed in my job search process. I booked a group session with Chip to get better on starting a case strong. Chip came prepared to the session and provided tips and tricks that would make me stand out as a candidate. He also provided resources to help improve my case structuring. I would want to work with Chip again to perfect my casing techniques and I recommend him to those looking to get better with casing.
