I am so glad I chose Carlos because not only was he friendly, helpful, and inspiring but he helped me understand what I need to do to move forward towards my dreams and career goals. He did a great job being encouraging, giving clear directions on what to do, and giving clear directions on what not to do. He did a great job walking me through all the common behavioral type questions with clear examples of weak/disqualifying answers (red flags) and specific ways to strengthen my responses.
