Back when we were analysts together at Moelis, Johnny was instrumental in helping me land a private equity Associate position at a name brand fund. He graciously balanced being a high performing analyst while selflessly helping his peers prepare for both on-cycle and off-cycle processes. It was obvious that Johnny took pride and responsibility in helping others put their best feet forward.
