With our daughter's good grades and hard work, we knew she could do better on her SAT, but we needed outside help. Our daughter chose Jonathan and it was one of the best decisions she made. Not only does Jonathan have a good rapport with students, he also takes a holistic approach to SAT/ACT tutoring. Jonathan looked at her test scores and was able to effectively identify & communicate our daughter's test weaknesses and devised a tutoring plan that would address her test gaps. His approach was laser focused on strengthening the areas that could be maximized within a limited time span and effectively taught her strategies for taking the test. We had periodic meetings/calls to discuss expectations and results. Jonathan not only wore the hat of a tutor but also of a coach. He helped to bolster realistic confidence. Our daughter’s PSAT was 1200 and her final SAT test score was 1340 which exceeded our expectations! We are very grateful to Jonathan for his hard work and we would wholeheartedly recommend him to other families that are looking for an exceptional SAT/ACT tutor.
