I've never met anyone that cares so deeply about the coaching/mentoring aspect of their careers. While she obviously cares about succeeding in what she does, she cares just as much about helping others reach their goals and develop professionally. She approaches it such pragmatically and really takes time out to put herself in the shoes of others and will often reach out days after conversations to say "Hey, I was thinking more about this and I thought about something else..."
