I'm a Staff Software Engineer at LinkedIn, where I build production AI agents and generative AI infrastructure. I've shipped systems like AccountIQ (RAG-powered financial analysis) and an AI assistant serving 3,000+ sellers, and hold multiple patents in AI/ML. I'm also the founder of Dwello, an AI-native real estate startup I'm building solo with zero manual code, using Claude Code and agentic development workflows as my entire engineering team. I coach in three areas. For software engineers: system design, interview prep, and navigating the path to senior and staff levels. For builders and technical professionals: hands-on AI tooling, from Claude Code and MCP servers to building your first AI agent. For business owners and leaders: finding the AI use cases that actually matter for your business and getting something working, not just a strategy deck. I've mentored engineers through programs at LinkedIn and externally through platforms and nonprofits like Code Tenderloin. Teaching and unblocking people is the part of the work I enjoy most. Everything I coach is grounded in what I build daily. No fluff, no theory without application.
Why do I coach?
I've worked on some of the most interesting AI problems in tech, and the mentors I had along the way changed my trajectory. Coaching is how I pay that forward. It started informally, helping engineers at LinkedIn with system design and promo prep, then through Code Tenderloin, working with people breaking into tech for the first time. What stuck with me is how much I enjoy the moment something clicks for someone, when a concept goes from abstract to obvious. I want to create more of those moments.
