Package Description:
Most people install Claude Code, try a few prompts, and wonder what the hype is about. This package takes you from that to actually shipping real products with it. I'm a Staff Engineer at LinkedIn building production AI agents, and the founder of an AI-native startup I built entirely with Claude Code, zero manual code. This isn't theory. Every session is based on workflows I use daily. Here's what we cover across 4 hands-on sessions: Session 1: Foundation. Proper setup, CLAUDE.md configuration, plan vs. execute mode, and learning how to prompt Claude Code like a senior engineer would delegate to a junior. Session 2: Your workspace. Git workflows, custom slash commands, project memory, and building a setup tailored to your stack and goals. Session 3: Multipliers. MCP server integrations, hooks, sub-agents, and the patterns that turn Claude Code from a toy into infrastructure. Session 4: Ship it. We build something real together. You leave with a working project, not just notes. Each session is live, hands-on, and adapted to what you're building. You'll code alongside me, not watch a lecture.

Coaching delivered via live sessions.
Every session is live, 1-on-1, and hands-on. You'll have Claude Code open and building alongside me in real time. I adapt each session to what you're working on, so no two clients get the same cookie-cutter curriculum. Between sessions, you'll have async access to me for quick questions and unblocking. I don't lecture. I show you how I work, then you do it yourself with me there to course-correct.
